If you have received damaged item, and willing to ask full or partial refund you must provide photos, which proves damage!
If the item was not as described in the listing we will replace it free of charge or refund your full purchase price. If you ordered wrong item then original shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refunded!
If we have supplied a genuinely faulty item we replace item or will refund full amount plus postage expences. You need to notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods. All faulty items must be returned to us for inspection, unless agreed contrary.
