Up for bid is a Hypertech Max Energy Power Programmer for a 2006-2009 Dodge Cummins truck (Build date 4/2009 or earlier).  Hypertech's Max Energy Programmers are some of the best bang you can get for your buck.  You'll increase your horsepower and probably your fuel mileage too!  This programmer is in great shape, is ready to program your vehicle and is guaranteed to not be VIN locked.  It has been connected to the Hypertech database to be updated to the newest configuration on 8-9-16 and it will be updated again just prior to shipping so it will be all set to go when you recieve it with the newest tuning available for your vehicle!.  The part number is 52503.  This is the most up to date part available from Hypertech, it combines previous part numbers 52006, 52007, and 52009.

Please notice the 2nd picture which shows the Tuner Status.  This is a screenshot taken when this specific programmer was connected after updating.  It proves that it has been reset back to stock settings and is ready for your vehicle.  You will not find any other seller on ebay with a screenshot like this and allows you to not just "take our word" on it, but actually know for sure that it is ready to go!

Shipping

We ship frequently using USPS which provides great shipping service and service on Saturdays.  Items are guaranteed to be shipped within 1 business day and will usually be shipped same day if payment is made before 3:00 PM CST.  Upon creation of your shipping label, you will receive an email from Paypal with a delivery confirmation number for your package. 

Domestic Priority mail will usually arrive 3 days after shipment and usually in 2 days if you live in the Midwest.  Domestic Express mail usually arrives next day and we try to speed up our handling times for those packages.

When using international shipping please be aware that shipping times can take quite a while to some countries.  Our handling times will still be just as fast as our domestic shipments.

We hold no responsibility for lost or damaged packages or extended shipping times as the only thing we can control is how fast it gets to the post office and we try our hardest to do that as best we can.

You will receive a tracking number upon shipping label creation.  Please understand that USPS’s tracking service may take a few days to initially update and may display no more than that it has received electronic shipping info even after it is in transit.

Return Policy

We guarantee our programmers to work 100%

All of our programmers are tested and work great, if you receive a VIN locked programmer you will receive 100% of the purchase price upon return.

Programmers purchased for wrong vehicles may be exchanged for the correct programmer if we have it in stock.  Shipping will have to be repaid for exchanges as well as any price difference between programmers.  If we do not have the correct programmer in stock, you may return yours but you will incur a 10% restocking fee.

Please be aware that manufacturers sometimes change a vehicle's computer configration.  Some of these new configurations were introduced after certain programmers were produced.  When using one of these programmers on a vehicle with a newer configuration, a "6D" error will sometimes occur during programming.  This will not do any damage to your vehicle as programming will not take place.  Although rare, this does make purchasing any used programmer a risk.  These errors mostly occur on Ford diesel trucks.  If your vehicle had service which required a reflash you run this risk.  Programmers returned for this reason will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.  

Some returns will require documentation of your vehicle's make, model, year, and VIN such as a copy of an insurance card.  This will be confidential, destroyed, and only used to verify your vehicle.

We hold no liability for programmers installed incorrectly or problems encountered while using this product and we are not responsible to accept returns in this case (although we may accept returns on a case by case basis).  Please read instructions thoroughly and make sure you understand how to use the programmer before attempting to program your vehicle.  Make sure to not disturb the cable during programming and make sure to have a good charge on your battery and Onstar disabled (if applicable) before beginning, if the programming process is disrupted your PCM may become unusable which will result in you needing to have your vehicle towed to a dealership and having the PCM reflashed.

Domestic Priority mail shipping will be refunded if something is our fault and the return shipping may be refunded as well but will be decided on a case by case basis. Express mail and International shipping is not refundable in any case, even if the fault lies on our end.

We put a lot of time and effort into creating our auctions, including taking pictures of the actual item our customers will be receiving, HP and Torque gains, compatible vehicle tables, and our format.  Please do not copy our auctions without permisssion.  If we find you have copied our auctions, which we do find often, you WILL be reported to eBay right away which can result in cancellation of your auction and your account.
