For shipments to Canada, we are required by provincial law to collect the right amount of sales tax for the province that you have purchased the product from. For the USA there will be no sales tax required.

ShopEddies processes and ships orders within 1-3 business days unless mentioned differently above. In some cases, shipments arrive next business day. Business days are considered normal working days, which are Monday to Friday, and not including Sat, Sun and Holidays. Whenever possible, we use United Parcel Service (USPS) to ship orders to ensure the highest standards for the most reasonable price. There will be cases were we will use other postal services like UPS, Fedex, Purolator, On track or R+L Carriers. These cases are if the product is not in a specific warehouse and the order cannot be shipped otherwise.

1. 2- Business days after receiving a cleared payment. However, if for any reason an order is placed on back-order or becomes unavailable (discontinued) or we cannot get you your product shipped out within this 2-business day turnaround, we will contact you via email or by phone to ensure you are aware of the delay.

2. A tracking number is provided once shipment has been processed. It can take up to 24-hours for the tracking number to show up in the carrier-tracking console. .

3. United States Standard. Ground can take up to 3-8 business days!

4. Canada Standard. Ground can take up to 7-14 business days

5. International Shipping -Ground can take up to 7+ business days. Shop Eddies is not responsible for shipping damage that occurs during international transit. Shop Eddies does not accept returns or exchanges back on International shipments - please ensure you check listing, part number and fitment prior to ordering. We can be reached via email to answer any questions prior to you placing your order.

It is always important to remember that Holiday?s, Weather Conditions, Carrier Lost Packages and other unforeseeable issues can arise causing delays in shipping. We appreciate your patience and understanding under these circumstances.

Our shipping system uses actual weight and dimension to calculate shipping costs and it connects directly to the USPS server to get the most current rate of every order you place. Tracking ? tracking confirmation will be uploaded to your order so you can view this on the carrier site for estimated delivery day. If for any reason your shipment gets lost or damaged due to the carrier, Shop Eddies returns warehouse will file a claim with the carrier. These claims can take up to 7 business days before they are resolved (money refunded or new item sent out). Shop Eddies does it best to get this resolved ASAP.

Freight Carriers ? If your shipment was sent using a freight truck ? these shipment can take several days longer. We will need to ensure we have a valid phone number on file. The carrier will attempt to contact you to schedule a time for delivery. It is up to the customer to ensure they have a working phone number for the carrier to reach. Shop Eddies is not responsible for deliveries that are deemed ?unsuccessful? .

Shop Eddies does not accept returns or exchanges back on International shipments.



Fitment for each vehicle may vary, please view the compatibility table at the top of the listing. Data, photo and fitment are changing frequently due to new models, and changes in products. Please be sure to inquire about specific fitment if your vehicle if not clear. Fitment information may not be available for all products.

Please use the - Ask Seller a Question- link for any fitment questions, and include your vehicle's year, make, model, engine size, drive train and VIN number - if available, to ensure an accurate and timely response.


RETURN POLICY: TERMS AND CONDITIONS WITHIN 30 DAYS: a 30-day money back guarantee is available for all products/items not opened and returned in their original package/box/container/bag. Buyer is responsible for paying all shipping costs and an up to 20% restocking fee associated with original purchase (only on returned items deemed buyer's remorse). We cannot accept returns on any special ordered items, aerosol cans/paints or electrical parts.

DAMAGED GOODS: If a product arrives broken, damaged or is not the correct product as indicated on the box / order, product can be returned within 30 days for a full refund (shipping & marketplace fees will be returned). There is not a restocking fee for these cases. In order for this to apply - any item(s) deemed as damaged / broken upon opening package- you are required to attach photo(s) when requesting a RMA with a clear image of item + package. (This is required by the manufacturer and returns warehouse).

REFUND TIMEFRAME: Returns are processed within 14-21-business days once product has been sent back with tracking number. We do however do our best to have them processed as soon as possible.

NOTIFICATION OF REFUND: An email will be automatically generated to the email address used within the marketplaces email system at the time of purchase that indicates your return confirmation and any RMA/RGA (Merchandise Return Authorization) numbers, or shipping labels that you may require in order for the return to be accepted from the warehouse and manufacturer.

NON-RETURNABLE: Electrical parts, special-orders, service manuals, custom-made products, installations videos, aerosol cans/paints, are not returnable/refundable.

Shop Eddies is not responsible for any assembling of products gone wrong, deemed as not correct part / product for vehicle, for any damaged incurred from using any of the products purchased. The manufacturer provides all product data and photos; therefore, Shop Eddies makes no guarantee of accuracy during the parts look-up process. The responsibility of the user /installer is to verify the fit of all parts prior to installation. We advise you to check with a licensed mechanic or speak to the manufacturer direct before using any part(s) purchased. We do not assume any risk associated with your purchase.

It is important to note that all authorized returns must be in their ORIGINAL CONDITION, this includes all components. They cannot be damaged due to incorrect installation, being disassembled or due to product being mounted. Any items returned that are missing components will not be refunded. Shop Eddies is not held responsible for situations that may occur from trying to install and assemble products. These scenarios are not deemed as damaged goods.

Q .Where is my money refunded?
A. All funds will be returned to the payment method used at the time of purchase. Payments sent back to credit cards might take up to 72 hrs. to be seen on statements.

Q. I received my refund but it was not the amount I originally paid -why?
A. Refunds processed are less restocking fees (up to 20%). Therefore, the amount will always be a lesser amount (unless deemed "Shop Eddies Error")

Customer is responsible for the return shipping back (unless item was damaged, or packaged incorrectly). In some cases, especially when item is under $30 - it might make more sense for you to resell or re-list item on marketplace, whatever works best for your scenario.

Q. My order was cancelled before it was shipped and I was not refunded for the entire amount.
A . If your order was shipped using the eBay?s Global Shipping program (GSP) your refund will be provided in two different amounts on your statement.

· The original purchase amount from Shop Eddies + any taxes and any shipping costs.

· A duty refund (if applied) from a third party freight organization (names may vary -but can be viewed in your eBay account).

· Note: it can take up to 72 hours to view refunds on statements.

Q. Are all listings 100% accurate?

A. Photos are meant for illustration purposes only. In about 5% of cases, item(s) might be different in color or shape for the different models or be shown as a full unit to show various parts / accessories together.
