To receive a refund, items must be returned in their original packaging. Please include a copy of the packing slip/purchase confirmation with your eBay order ID# and the reason for the return. Per eBay policy, items approved by seller for return must be mailed in five business days from date of approval to be refunded. Items returned not using the eBay returns system will not be refunded.
