2005 Yamaha 2-stroke. Bad compression in one cylinder. Was running before head was removed for inspection. Cylinder could used bored/honed and piston replaced. 

I was going to do this over winter but I decided to upgrade to a 4stroke instead. 

Lower unit and cowl in decent condition. Trim/tilt and all electric work. Comes with 11qt remote tank. Motor spins freely by hand or starter. SS and aluminum prop included
