Warranty Policy

BMW warrants all merchandise to be free from defects for a period of 24 months/ 24,000 miles (whichever occurs first), or expressed manufacturers warranty, whichever is greater. BMW will not guarantee parts which became defective due to improper installation or if they are used in any other manner not intended by the manufacturer. The warranty period begins from the date the product is purchased by the customer. New Century BMW does not cover labor costs for removal or damage resulting from delay or loss of use in service or repair for incidental or consequential damages arising from defective product.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase from New Century BMW, we will be more than happy to exchange your product. Refunds and exchanges are issued during the 30 days following the date of shipment. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Buyer pays return shipping cost. No return on Electrical Parts.

Cancellation Procedure

If you need to cancel an order, call our friendly customer service specialists at
626-943-4611 and they will be happy to assist you with your request if it is still possible to cancel the purchase. If your order has already completed processing for shipment, we will be happy to issue a Return Authorization for you to send back your order once it's delivered.
