One of our goals is providing the most prompt and convenient service possible. We ship 5 days a week via FedEx,USPS or UPS. 
Orders leave our warehouse no later than 1 business day from your payment confirmation. We always communicate shipping status and tracking numbers through your email address used to place your order. We are located in Texas, so your order could take anywhere from 2-7 business days to arrive depending on where in the country you are located. You'll be notified immediately if your order is delayed for any reason, and you're free to contact us toll free at 512-988-9475 to inquire about shipping options or your order status.  We will only pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Return, Exchanges and Warranties

If you still want to return your item for any reason, then contact us for an RMA number. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We will refund 100% of the purchase price if the product comes back in new condition. Please inspect your product as soon as you receive it.
If You Receive A Damaged Product
If you received a damaged item, please notify us within 7 days from the day you received the part at 512-988-9475, and damaged item should be returned within 30 days of receiving the item. Please be specific, stating exactly what damage was found, as well as if the packaging was open or damaged upon arrival. (Please provide pictures if possible.) If we have the item in stock we will immediately ship you out a replacement product as soon as the damaged part is received. For us to replace a damaged product it must meet the following criteria:

Product must not have been installed.
Product must have all its original packaging and be able to be repackaged exactly as it arrived to you.
Product must be able to be picked up by UPS,USPS and/or FedEx at the same location to which it was delivered.
