To receive a refund, items must be returned in their original packaging. Please include a copy of the packing slip/purchase confirmation with your eBay order ID# and the reason for the return. These items are not returnable: - Custom orders - Auto manuals - Electrical parts and components - Opened gasket packages - Damaged items or used items. We will issue a refund for returned products based on the above criteria. Shipping costs and labor costs are not refundable. Johnson Rods Auto Parts will not be responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the return. All returns must be processed from your eBay account to request a return from the seller and a shipping label for tracking the package. Per eBay policy, items approved by seller for return must be mailed in five business days from date of approval to be refunded. Items returned not using the eBay returns system will not be refunded. If you ordered the wrong part, changed mind or it does not fit you can return it for a refund. Items marked defective or used will be inspected prior to determining refund, and will take longer to process. Providing false information about an item will void refund. Core returns not accepted.
