I got this from my uncles estate. I believe it is a megaphone amplifier for his boat. Includes bracket. 5 3/4" long 5" wide. Bracket is 3 3/4" X 2 3/4". Has not been tested but what can go wrong. He had this hooked up to a CB marine radio. Please see pictures as the are a part of my description and you can decide if this is the right purchase for you.
