• Please note: We ship orders within 1-3 Business Day. In most cases, we ship most orders the same day if ordered by 11:00 A.M. to ensure you get it ASAP!
• We are unavailable to offer Holiday or weekend shipping.
• NYPPD meticulously manufacturer’s products to ensure products come with a limited lifetime manufacture warranty. This is only on product faults and manufacturing defects; warranty does not cover typical wear and tear. O-rings, urethane (for engine mounts), and various smaller components for a particular part are not covered with the limited lifetime warranty.
• Please do not hesitate to contact us if there is any concern before installation. After the item has been altered in any way, we will not authorize a return.
• Dealers are welcome to contact us for customized racing parts and wholesale discount!

• All shipping and handling fees will not be returned in any case.
• If an item has free shipping, and you request a refund, you will be charged for shipping costs and a restocking fee up to 15%. This fee allows us to still provide the best quality and price on the internet. It covers credit card processing fees, PayPal fees, and transportation costs.
• Returns are permitted and must be initiated by the buyer within 14 days of the delivery date.
• In case of Manufacturer's defects, please contact us through eBay for any questions or concerns. All items for return must have an invoice to warrant a defective item.
• Buyer takes full responsibility if a product is not installed with a professional mechanic.
• *We are not responsible for any labor expenses or any other expenses associated with the installation or removal of your product.
• We will issue a refund if item was not installed. Item must also be in resalable condition.
• All of our items are brand new. If appearance of item has any visual blemishes, i.e. scratch or dents, it should not affect the function of the product. I refund will not be issued if item is in usable condition. Items do not include installation instructions.
• We are not responsible for any items damaged in shipping. We strongly recommend buying insurance and or checking all products prior to signing for them from the carrier. If you want these options on your shipment, please contact us you complete the purchase. If an item has free shipping, and you request to add insurance or signature conformation to you order please email us before purchase to adjust the listing or invoice accordingly.
• Once you sign for the product it is yours and your responsibility to file any claims with such carrier.

• PayPal is the easiest method of transaction. Its safe secure and used all across the internet.
• Please have all payments sent and received within 7 days of purchase, or a "non-paying" bidder can possibly be filed
• To add additional items to your order simply use the buy it now feature on all items, they will automatically be combined if can be when you go through the checkout process. You will only need to pay one time for the entire order.
• If you have made a special agreement on shipping prior to purchasing please wait for NYPPD to send you a final invoice then you can pay.
• We will only ship to a confirmed PayPal address.
• Please allow up to 1-3 days to ship, when ordering on weekends.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS PLEASE NOTE!
   - Additional charges will apply to orders in all international orders. 
   - Please contact us through eBay for quotes. 
   - International buyers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and other applicable fees incurred by the country's customs/border       
     regulations. 
   - Please Allow up to 60 days after Shipment to be delivered to you. Transit and customs clearance will take a long time if buyer does   
     not purchase shipping costs with either UPS or FedEx.
   - If you purchase an item that does not fit into our default shipping preference, small flat rate box, and a separate invoice will be 
     sent through PayPal to pay for shipping charges.

• If you need express shipping, and it is not an option in the listing, please contact us for the estimated shipping cost & availability.
• We are not responsible for any changes to address after item has been shipped.  If you’re on a level, lot#, floor, building, suite, location or any other item that is required by any carrier it must be noted or shipping maybe rejected, held or undeliverable and/or extra charges are applied. You will be responsible for these extra charges or a complaint will be filed.
• We ship 98% of all orders the same or next business day after payment received/cleared. Please understand that once orders are shipped, we cannot control the transit times thereafter.

• Tracking #’s will appear in the buyers email/PayPal address. All postage is purchased electronically. If for any reason, an order doesn't ship within 3 business days after payment has been received we will contact you via email.
• If an item is back-ordered for more than 7 business days, after payment has been received, then a full refund will be issued, unless another agreement has been made with the buyer.
