Parcel Tracking

Most of our parcels are sent through Australia Post by a system called POST eParcel & Registered Post. http://auspost.com.au/track/

Each parcel carries with it a consignment number, which is scanned during the delivery process so we can track exactly where your parcel is on request.

The parcel will be delivered to your door where you will be required to sign for it. If no one is home, a card will be left advising which post office the parcel is left at and you can go and collect it. If a card has not been left, you can use the eParcel website to determine if it has arrived at your local Australia Post Office where you can simply go and collect it.

* Regular Post items such as Bee Sting antenna's do not have tracking.

* Registered Post items have tracking

* Large items over 1 meter in length are shiped by Star Track Express www.startrackexpress.com.au

Full shipping will be charged for the item with the highest shipping cost, other items will be charged at a combined amount.
Multiple shipping charges WILL NOT be charged.
Please do not "checkout" untill we have adjust the shipping charges.

All parcels are shipped with a eParcel, Registered Post and Star Track Express have delivery tracking number for your peace of mind.

We DO NOT allow pick-ups:

Pick-ups are NOT possible (Only by appointment).

	If you bid on any of our auctions, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.
	The successful high bidder must complete the sale transaction within 5 working days from the date of receipt email notification following the end of sale.
	All item prices include GST.
	We will contact the winning bidders via e-mail within 24 hours after the auction has ended.
	All pictures displayed in our auctions are for illustration purposes only.
	All descriptions are provided in the best of our knowledge. While all care is taken, any errors or omissions in the item details is unintentional.

Shipping & Delivery

	Please make sure your address you enter via our checkout is CORRECT as we send our items to THAT ADDRESS and we are not liable or responsible if you made a mistake or do not inform us of any changes.
	All our auctions have a postage calculator, so please enter your postcode to calculate your shipping costs.
	We offer a discount on the shipping of multiple items paid for at the same time via our checkout. Full shipping will be charged for the item with the highest shipping cost, other items will be charged at a combined rate. Just wait before doing the "Checkout" for all your items until we have adjusted the shipping charges fairly.
	Dispatch of goods is during business hours from Monday - Friday, and excluding public holidays.
	Item will not ship until payment has been received in full.
	Once payment is received we will send you an email informing you the day your goods will be dispatched including a tracking delivery number for tracking purposes.
	In most cases you will receive your goods quickly but please allow up to 10 working days for them to arrive. International customer may be longer, depending on delivery method.
	If you have not received your parcel after 10 working days, please contact your local post office and quote your tracking delivery number.
	We will do everything we can to ensure delivery, but can ultimately not be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods.
