Shipping Damage: If the Box is dammaged Please DO NOT ACCEPT the package delivery. To expidite the replacement process, please take a picture of the package and let us know right away, we can quickly ship you a new item right away.
If you find shipping damage while opening your package be sure to keep all packing material and the shipping box so we can open a claim for you.
Let us know ASAP and we can correct any issues that may occur.

Warranties:
Our products are covered by a manufacturers warranty, and any defect claims will be directly handled by the manufacturer.
Returns & Exchanges Within 14 Days of Delivery
New Products: This describes brand new, unopened, completely factory sealed packaging and product with factory packaging and tags, not torn, greasy, stained, or written on so it can be resold as retail new. Items can be returned for exchange or refund. Buyers are responsible for return shipping.
Open Box Products: Refers to the condition of ‘new items’ as described above but the factory packaging has been opened or shows signs of handling. Unlike other online stores, we are willing to take these items back if you are willing to accept the fact there may be a restocking fee (up to 20%) and since it will have to be sold as ‘open box’ and discounted accordingly. Opened electronic parts, fuel management systems, and exhaust systems having foam adhesive removed, are not eligible for return. Buyers are responsible for shipping costs back to us.
Used Products: Unless an item is deemed by the manufacturer to be defective, we do not accept returns on used items. This includes but is not limited to items showing signs of installation or attempted/improper installation (mounting marks, scratches, scuffs), mounted tires/wheels, windshields, discolored exhaust, programmed fuel tuners, bluetooth/communication devices, apparel, items installed contrary to manufacturer’s specifications, seats, etc. We are in the business of selling first quality, factory sealed and new parts and do not have an outlet for selling customer’s used items.
Resolution Process: If you want to return new or open box items please visit our web site and look for the returns tab and fill out the form to receive an RMA number. Keep in mind that no returns will be accepted without this number and that every item is unpacked and inspected upon delivery.
Restocking Fees: Restocking fees of 20% may be applied for authorized returns and are decided on a case by case basis. Contact us through the auction prior to purchase with any questions.
Shipping is free to the lower 48 United States. Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are not part of the lower 48 states and will need to be invoiced for shipping.
Most items ship the same day payment is received if payment is received before 2pm CST otherwise the item will ship the following business day. We use UPSP, UPS and Fedex depending on where you live.
If an item is out of stock or oversold the customer will be notified of the date that the item will be back in stock.
International customers and customers located in Hawaii or Alaska will be invoiced for additional shipping charges.
Some items will be sent via USPS and others via UPS. Shipping method is determined by Eastern Performance customer service team for the best shipping price with the safe arrival of the package in mind.
International Customs fees and taxes are paid by the receiver and Eastern Performance will not be able to modify the listed value of the item to avoid these fees. Please contact your local government for the cost of these fees.
