All of our auto parts are USED parts and will show normal wear and tear, unless otherwise stated in the item description.
All of our auto parts are tested and in proper working condition, unless otherwise stated in description, prior to being listed here.
Should you receive an item that does not work properly, please contact us and we will work with you to ensure a positive resolve.
Accepted Payment Methods:
PayPal, PayPal E-Check (Clearing period required), and credit cards accepted by PayPal.
Payment is expected within 4 days of purchase. If payment is not received we will attempt to contact buyer via email. If we get no response we will report the item as unpaid in order to recover selling fees.
Shipment Policies:
Shipments are most frequently processed 2 business days after receipt of payment (Weekends and holidays are not business days).
We only ship to PayPal confirmed address.
Express Mail, First Class, and Priority Mail affects shipment in route/transit time, not shipment processing time.
Shipments are processed on a "first payment received, first item shipped" basis.
We most frequently ship via USPS and FedEx. FedEx will not ship to a PO Box. Please make sure your information is adjusted if you pay for FedEx shipping.
International shipping charges are nonrefundable unless we are negligent. Some countries charge a customs tax/fee on imported items. If there is a charge, it is the buyer's responsibility.
We do not put "Gift" on customs forms.
We will combine shipping when an invoice is requested prior to payment, in most circumstances.
If an item is damaged during shipping please contact us immediately. Keep all of the original packaging, as it will need to be pictured and issued to the carrier for the claim process. Most claims take up to 14 days to process completely.
Free Shipping for any item is Only for the Lower 48 States. Shipping outside of this area (ie: Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico), will require invoicing from us with the calculated shipping cost.
Returns:
Innitiating a return must be done within 14 days of receipt of item.
The returned item must be in the original, working and cosmetic condition that you received it in.
Damaged or items that are missing parts are not eligible for returns.
If shipping is Free, buyer will have to pay for return shipping.
