Narco Avionics AT150 Transponder  (Volts: 14 AT150   Not Working

This transponder was just removed from a Cessna 150. It looks to be in pretty rough shape. The faceplate is cracked and I was told by the aircraft owner it stopped working about a month ago. Might be some good parts still left inside or for someone that knows how to fix it.
