This is a new old Stock Niehoff FF-150 12 Volt Positive or Negative Ground voltage Regulator. It should fit many older model cars with a 12 volt electrical system. I recommend that it be installed by an experienced Professional mechanic. (find one that has worked on the cars from the 1950's or 60's and he should be very familiar with these regulators.) As I remember from my past experience, I think these have to be polarized when installed or they will not work correctly and you could damage it if the installation is not properly performed.
