We need to get your core back so that we can eventually remanufacture it, and continue to supply high quality parts at an affordable price. Simply put your old part in the box that your new part was delivered in, and ship it back to us. Once we receive your core return, we will refund your core deposit. Core deposit refunds are typically issued within one week of us receiving your core. Customer is responsible for shipping charges to return the core. Returns
Unwanted or incorrectly ordered items can be returned to us up to 14 days. Please be aware that we do charge a 20% restocking fee for all returned items.
