In the event a part sold with a warranty fails to operate within the warranty period we will replace the part(s) with a functionally equivalent part or refund the part purchase price, at our option. No refund on deposits or unwanted special order parts or special "cut" items. 

To return an item you must contact us via eBay Message within the 30 day period to obtain a RMA number (return material authorization). 

If you ordered the wrong part or decide you do not want the part then the amount it cost us to ship the part to you is not refunded, along with return shipping charges.

Free shipping only applies to the contiguous 48 states.

We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO, FPO and INTERNATIONAL for additional shipping fee. Please no PO Box.Pick up at our facilities is available. Please email us prior to your purchase to arrange pick up.Items will be shipped within 48 business hours of purchase.
Please allow 5-10 days for delivery, longer for International orders.Most areas in the US are within 5 days.If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hrs for instructions.

Freight items are not free shipping buyer must contact us for a qoute.

Payment Policies

Winning bid to be paid in advance by certified funds only (Paypal or Credit Card). Local Pickups will need to be paid with Cash in person or Credit Card. We do take credit cards in house and over the phone. Balance must be paid within 7 days of end of auction unless prior arrangements are made. Local pickup is not an problem. Ask any and all questions BEFORE the you purchase.

Paypal payments must be shipped to a confirmed address only.


Sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped to the state of MN.
