DESCRIPTION:

This is a Nissan (Tohatsu) Outboard Boat Motor Complete Power Trim Tilt Motor and Piston Rod Assembly.

Removed from the Operational Environment of a Michigan Great Lakes Fresh Water Boat with a 1999 40hp 3-Cylinder 2-Stroke Nissan (40 PLUS) 40hp Outboard Motor which we are parting-out:

 

• Nissan 40hp  Outboard Motor Model Number:  NS40D2 

• Nissan 40hp  Outboard Serial Number:  46517

• Normal wear from use but overall in excellent condition (Please examine listing photos carefully for condition)

• Includes a 48-inch wiring Harness with 2-wire Terminals

• Includes Power Trim Tilt Motor P/N 3C8-77180-0 (MSRP $557.48)

• Includes Piston Rod & Nylon Bushings Assembly P/N 3C8-771365-0 (MSRP $426.35)

• This Assembly has only been used in the Fresh Waters of Michigan’s Great Lakes (Never operated in Salt-water; hence, no salt corrosion) 

• This Power Trim Tilt Unit will fit a variety of Nissan Outboard Motors 1992 through 2005 Nissan/Tohatsu units with the Old Style Trim Tilt Units (may work with other horsepowers too)--As we are not Marine Technicians, we ask that you please contact your local Marine Mechanic to confirm compatibility of this unit with your particular application, prior to purchasing.  Thank you.
