I have maintained 100% feedbackover the years by endeavoring to treat all customers fairly and equitably.  To ensure that this record continues, Irespectfully request that all bidders read the following carefully andcompletely prior to bidding.

. While I endeavor to describe products to the best of my ability, I amnot an expect and thus all items are placed up for auction on an “as is” basiswith no warranties, guarantees or conditional sales agreements either expressor implied in place.

. I make a serious effort to describe the products I auction accuratelyhowever, sometimes errors in listings occur. Should an error be noted, please so advise me and a correction will bemade.

. All sales are finals.  No returnsare accepted.  In all cases caveat emptorshould be your guide.

. By participating in the auction bidder agrees to indemnify and holdharmless the seller from all liability for personal injury and/or propertydamage sustained by either to the bidder or other parties which may arise outof the purchase and use of the item purchased.

. In the event that an item auctioned is aviation related, it is solely upto the purchaser to have the item inspected and certified by a qualifiedaviation technician or FAA approved repair station prior to it being installedon a certified or experimental aircraft.

. Items sold will be shipped within the United States only.  No international sales.

. Unless otherwise stated, shipment will be by insured USPS groundadvantage

. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
