DVDs/VHS/CDs/Records.... We stand behind all of our media products. They have been tested and are guaranteed to play as expected. We include photos of the discs/tapes/records in each listing. Our warehouse policy is if there is any doubt in the condition of a media item, we throw it out. Our mission is to establish and maintain the trust from our customers.

JEWELRY.... When a piece is packaged for shipping... all beads, stones, tassels, rhinestones, etc... are well protected. If you read our reviews, you will see that packaging is one of our most valued traits. Each piece of jewelry is thoroughly inspected and measured for size. 

Payment

Please pay within 4 days of the end of the auction. After 4 business days (unless you contact us) we will cancel your order if not paid and relist the item. 

We just ask that if there's an issue where you can't pay immediately, let us know. It's the silence that kills us. We love and care for our customers. We will work with you.

Cancelled Bids

If you bid on something and decide you want to cancel, it's OK. It happens. We understand that. However, you must notify us ASAP because once the item is dropped off at the post office/UPS, that ship has sailed. Store return policies will then apply.

Invoices 

If you wish to have an invoice included in your shipment, please message us. Otherwise, your item(s) will not include an invoice/receipt.

Returns

Returns are accepted. It's a part of good business ethics. 

A refund will be given once the item(s) are returned to us and in the same condition as shipped. Shipping costs are not refundable. Please ask questions before you make a purchase.

All packing and labeling of our shipments are videotaped and photographed to reduce fraud. This is because 99.9 percent of our customers are Angels but once in a while we run into a little devil.

We try to send out at least one photo of your package before it goes to the post office. We think this helps you recognize your package once it is delivered. Package theft is on the rise. Have a plan in place to safeguard your packages if it is a porch delivery. We don't issue refunds if your package is delivered then becomes stolen/missing.

Returns are processed through eBay only.

Shipping

We will ship to a PO box if that is the address on file with eBay.

All items are shipped the next business day after your payment is received. We work off of the Federal Business Day model.

We chose to have our shipping rates set by eBay. We ship with USPS on most items. Large, heavy items ship UPS Ground. If a shipping rate is keeping you from buying, contact us and we will see if we can ship a cheaper way. When looking at size or weight of an item, consider the box and shipping materials to protect your item. We take great care in shipping items. Any movement of a fragile item inside a box can cause breaking.

Shipping rates are determined by the weight of the item and the distance from my location to yours. It's called Calculated Shipping. This allows us to offer the most affordable shipping costs to our customers. We don't charge for handling or inflate shipping to cover shipping materials. But that added weight must be a consideration in what's charged by USPS or FedEx.

Gift Wrapping/Note Cards

We will gift wrap your item for FREE and/or include a note UPON REQUEST. This is for our customers who are in the military or away at the time and want to do something special for someone. Just send us a message through eBay and we will package and ship to your wishes.

Combined Shipping

If you would like to combine shipping, please message us. This reduces confusion and streamlines the invoicing process. Plus, you won't get payment reminders from eBay if items end on different dates/times.

To receive combined shipping, all items must end within 5 days of the first item's ended auction date.

Please communicate with us when you are ready to be invoiced. Once an invoice is finalized and sent to you, additional items cannot be added.

If the item is marked as pre-owned, photos shown are of the actual item that you will receive. Often, we have other colors available on posted items. Inquiries are welcomed. We will look in our inventory for you.

Taxes

eBay now collects taxes on all sales. This money does not go to the seller.
