To make your LS1 engine swap a little less painful, we stock this 2-in-1 fuel filter/fuel pressure regulator assembly. This non-adjustable fuel regulator has a fixed pressure at 58 psi. Hose and additional fittings sold separately.
The inlet side of this filter/regulator is the end with the (2) male port tubes. The larger 3/8" tube is the pressure inlet from the pump. The smaller 5/16" tube is the return to the tank.
The female side of the filter assembly utilizes the 3/8" male 'snap' in fitting such as or . This is the outlet side of the filter for the line to the fuel rail of the engine.

Summary: Used it in an LS swap. My 5.3 truck motor had a regulator on the fuel rail, I drove it this way for a year. I swapped to a Camaro intake manifold and fuel rail so I needed a pressure regulator. I used this and it runs great. The in and return are the same as the truck sizes, so I only needed the connections for the exit and fuel rail. If you need all the connections, Speedway also sells a kit with all the associated fittings to get you to -6 AN hose, part 91012800.
Pros: It's a FPR and filter in one

Summary: I used this for an LS swap. It does what it's supposed to do.
