This rear axle is built to stand up to the demands of high-performance applications.Made from 1541H steel this axle contains significantly more manganese than 1040 or 1050 steel versions. This greatly increases strength and durability witho ut being a whole lot more expensive and results in an axle shaft that is approximately 20 to 25 percent stronger than an OEM unit.
