This transom rigging collar is constructed out of black marine grade plastic. Measures approximately 4 7/8" ODia. x 2 3/4" H overall. Manufacture size is 2 1/2", we measure this as 2 5/8" IDia. It has (3) 1/4" mounting holes.

Note: May contain scuffs or scratches from storage and handling.
