I have a complete Mercury 250 EFI powerhead. Compression numbers on a cold throttle closed check were 104-108 on every cylinder. Bore scope reveals excellent bore condition with good crosshatch. Powerhead was a spare and I’m not sure the last time it was run. It was fogged and stored properly. I will crate and ship anywhere in the lower 48 for $350
