We are not responsible for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts after 30 calendar days for all products, regardless of the party at fault. For orders delivered within the continental US where the reason for return isn't a result of a Shop Tucky’s error, the cost of the initial shipping charge and a return fee will be deducted from your refund. If you refuse delivery or the carrier returns a package because you provided an invalid address, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. A prepaid shipping label(s) will be provided.
