Engine has approximately 110K miles on it.  Replaced it when it was legal to install a more powerful engine and transmission. I’ve had it in my garage (originally since it was matching numbers in case I sold the 75 vette) just sitting for several years and decided to let someone else have some fun with it. Plus, I’m clearing out my garage of old stuff.  Engine has all the necessary parts to install and run. However, one of the valve covers was dented.  It also has the original quadrajet carb.  Dip stick and oil pan and the HEI distributor. Also included are the water pump pulleys. Would suggest doing a rebuild before install due to mileage and age.  Other than that, the engine is good to go.  Never had any problems with it. Ran like a clock.
