• We offer free shipping on all parts sent to addresses in the contiguous 48 states. (Unless otherwise stated)
• We also offer expedited shipping options. Please inquire as to costs and options.
• International shipping rates and shipping to Alaska and Hawaii do apply.
• All listed parts are in stock and will ship from Chicago within one business day.
• We guarantee same day shipping for all orders received on business days prior to 2pm CST. All orders received after 2pm CST will be shipped out on the following business day.

Tax and Duty |

• Sales tax will be charged for Illinois residents only. Illinois sales tax rate is currently 9.25%.
• International buyers are responsible for any taxes, duties, and/or fees incurred during shipping. Such costs may be required from the destination country upon entry and will be billed to the recipient.

For New Items: |
|
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, all you have to do is return the item within 7 business days of receipt. Your return must be accompanied by all original packaging (all tags/labels must still be attached and intact), along with a copy of the invoice. Your purchase price will be refunded. Any applicable shipping charges will not be refunded. Items returned that are postmarked later than 7 business days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Returned items must be in new condition and in their original packaging. No nicked, scuffed or scratched products will be accepted for refund.
• Customer is responsible for properly packaging and insuring returned items.
• We will NOT issue credit or refunds for items damaged as a result of being improperly packaged.
• Damaged items will not be accepted for exchange or credit.
• Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
We will exchange or replace any defective item. Please contact us by email or phone within 7 days if you need a return. When you return an item, please include a note citing the reason. Purchase price will be refund via original payment mode. Electrical parts, Performance Parts, and Carburetors are non-returnable. Please send all returns to:

For Used/Scratch and Dent Items: |

Used / scratch and dent items can be returned within 7 business of receipt. Once 7 business days have lapsed, you will need to contact Scooterworks Discount Outlet directly to set up the return. We can be reached at 888.968.3772 ext 221. Customer is responsible for properly packaging and insuring returned items.
