Installation
1. Remove "screw"
2. Insert base into stake pocket with ring angled upward
3. Place bottom of stainless steel backing plate into hole
4. Insert "screw" and pull outward on ring while turning screw
5. Just before snug, center the anchor in hole
6. Once the "screw" is tight, give the screw one last 1/4 turn
7. Do not over tighten - avoid power tools and ensure "screw" is only hand right
