Parts Grading
A standard code system is used to communicate the condition and quality of a part between automotive recyclers, automotive repair shops, and insurers. Knowing how these codes are used will help you understand whether the part meets your expectations before you buy it and what you can expect from the part when you receive it.

A Grade - The highest quality part. It is of low miles and/or exceptional condition for its age.
B Grade - The second level quality part. It is of average miles and normal condition for its age.
C Grade - The third level quality part. It has high miles and/or light damage.
No Grade - A part that has not yet been graded.

All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment. Payments are processed through eBay. We accept credit card and cash for Local Pickup orders. If payment is not received, an Unpaid Item case will be opened for the sake of seller fee reimbursement.

Items are shipped after receiving cleared payment. We ship to US addresses within the continental 48 states. Shipping to AK, HI, PO Box, APO, FPO & US Protectorates: please contact first as we may be able to arrange shipping for an additional charge (depending on the part). Freight items must have a commercial address and part fitment must be verified via VIN prior to shipment.

International orders are shipped via eBay’s Global Shipping Program.

All parts must be returned in their original condition to receive full credit.

ABC Auto Parts does not charge a restocking fee.  Return Shipping Charges and Original Shipping Charges will not be returned when it is the buyer's error, remorse, etc.  They buyer will pay return shipping charges and original shipping charges, even if it is free shipping. Acutal costs incur to us for shipping items to the buyer and we will pass that along to the buyer. 

If we have made a mistake, shipped the wrong item, part is defective, etc- we will resolve the issue at our cost. 

If a part fails to perform properly, please contact us before taking additional action. Our parts are tested and did work on the donor vehicle, we will first assist you or your mechanic to verify the correct installation and programing procedure has been completed, In the unlikely event a part fails within the term of the warranty we will replace the part(s) with a functionally equivalent part or refund the part purchase price, at our option.

OR to return an item you must contact us via eBay Message within the 30 day period to obtain a RMA number (return material authorization).

Our objective at ABC Auto Parts is that you are happy with your purchase. And we can do our part together to help save the planet by recycling and reusing auto parts harvested from end of life vehicles. If you experience any problems it is best to message and allow us to resolve them quickly. The 30 day period starts when you take possession of the part. No labor warranty is provided.

All parts come with a standard warranty, please contact us for details prior to ordering. Timeframe is listed within the Warranty section of the listing for each part. Warranty claims must be made with our warranty department, details will be included with the packing slip for each order. Labor and costs associated with part installation are not included in the warranty, parts only.
