Carburetter and linkage were totally disassembled, then chemically and ultrasonically cleaned. Passages were blown clear with high pressure air.  Air valve and bore were polished and mounting surfaces trued. New fuel inlet needle valve installed and float level set. New throttle shaft seal, gaskets, diaphragm and o-rings installed. Standard 44A metering needle installed. Seal replaced in damper tube to prevent oil leakage. Throttle bypass valve rebuilt and adjusted. Temperature compensator was disassembled, cleaned and adjusted. Choke disassembled, mount lapped, cleaned and adjusted. Includes new mounting gaskets. Minor adjustments to be performed by buyer.
