It is chrome plated billet aluminum, accepts most 7" x 4" plates, and has hidden wiring.
It has additional light at the bottom to illuminate the license plate.
It mounts in place of the outer axle spacer.
Fits most custom applications, Harleys and choppers with 1" back axle.
