This is a 6-volt Flathead Ford and Mercury V8 or 6 cyl starter that I have rebuilt. 

I have over 44 years' experience in high quality custom rebuilding starters, alternators and generators. 

This has a new brushes and brush springs, the armature has been turned, undercut and tested on a growler for shorts, the field coils were cleaned and tested, the Bendix is in excellent condition.

This starter has been load tested and works great.  

I also have Flathead 12-volt generators and starters, in 6 or 12 volts, or 6- and 12-volt high torque starters.
