Most items are shipped within one day of receiving your payment. If you purchase an item over the weekend, your item will most likely not ship out until the following Monday.

After your package has been shipped you will be notified by email with the shipping information along with a tracking number if available (Some shipping methods do not have tracking numbers).

Our Standard return policy is 7 days unless otherwise noted on the information page of an auction item.

Customers must notify MTSRV.com to request a return authorization within 7 days of the customer taking delivery of an item.

Any freight damage must be noted immediately or refused at time of delivery.

The purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges (unless pre-approved by MTSRV.com management).

A copy of your receipt must be included with the returned item.

All returned items must be in new, resalable condition, including all packaging, instructions, and warranty paperwork.
