Buyer WILL pay the return shipping cost, it is up to the buyer, of which ever means to get the part back to us, at the buyers cost, in the physical condition in which it was received, part will be inspected upon arrival for damage, being altered, or missing parts internally

All of our mechanical parts, motors, transmission, major driveline pieces are marked in a desceet location with a I.D. number that can not be altered or changed, this number must be present on ALL items upon return, if it is not present, no refund will be issued

If item has been altered, parts removed to repair your broken piece, damaged by you, or repair shop, the item can not be returned, and NO refund will be issued, no refunds on any sold part without the parts being sent back to us first, and inspected
Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refunded.

Parts Grading. A standard code system is used to communicate the condition and quality of a part between automotive recyclers, automotive repair shops, and insurers. A Grade	- The highest quality part. It is of low miles and/or exceptional condition for its age.
B Grade	- The second level quality part. It is of average miles and normal condition for its age.
C Grade	- The third level quality part. It has high miles and/or light damage.
No Grade	- A part that has not yet been graded.

Part Category. A category is a way of classifying a part in inventory. The category appears as a one-letter abbreviation under Part Detail. A category is a way to identify a part by location or condition, and helps to indicate whether a part needs to be pulled and prepped before shipping.
