RETURN POLICY

Payment must be received within 7 Business days after purchases. If you are not satisfied with your product, please email us within 14 days after you receive the package. We would be glad to exchange or provide money back of the product purchase (less S&H/minus shipping cost). *Note that buyer is responsible for the return and re-send shipping cost* Items may become damaged in transportation. For DOA (Dead On Arrival) items, please contact us for replacement within 14 days. For replacement, it is buyer's responsibility for the returning postage of the defective item. We will pay the postage for shipping a new item to buyer. Product(s) must be returned first for a refund or an exchange.
