If the product you received is defective, we will gladly replace it. Please report to us via email. We will instruct the buyer on the investigation procedure after contacting us via email. If customer do not want replacement for defective items, they are responsible for the return shipping cost to ship it back to us for a item cost refund.

Inspect item ASAP: Please inspect and hand-fit all items by the time it arrive. Customer MUST contact us within 14 days after the date of package arrived.

Damaged Or Loss Products: We inspect all packages prior to shipping. All of our products are sold as brand new. All damaged products are considered damaged during transit (even though outer box is not damaged).

For international and APO/FPO shipments, you must wait 45 days from the date of shipment prior to considered as a lost item.
