In 2007, Renthal launched the first truly unbreakable lever with its ground breaking Intellilever™. This revolutionary design incorporated a joint which could dislocate during a crash, then easily pop back in place. The design of the lever allows it to dislocate in a full 270 degrees of motion in any direction, not just up and down like many others on the market. In 2011 Renthal is releasing the Gen2 Intellilever™ which received updates to every single area. Renthal literally left no piece of the lever untouched in order to bring improvements to fit, feel and function. Below are the highlights of the improvements

Lighter overall weight – We made judicious use of our CNC machines in order to reduce the overall weight of the lever, resulting in 15% weight savings and sleeker design. This makes the Gen2 Intellilever™ the lightest lever of its kind on the market
Slimmer, more ergonomic lever blade– The new forged lever blade improves feel while increasing strength and reducing weight. Now also features a laser etched logo and black hard anodized finish
Revised lever pivot joint– The new design of the pivot joint allows the lever to return to its home position automatically after dislocation without having to knock it back into place manually
Revised clutch perch& hardware – The clutch perch received a host of updates and is now fully CNC machined from billet to increase strength while reducing weight. New backing plate and laser etched torque specs along with new OE style perch bolts for easier set-up & maintenance. Perch is now hard anodized black for prolonged wear resistance. New custom CNC machined stainless steel shoulder bolt for easier assembly & removal of lever blade
All new CNC machined cable adjuster– The new on-the-fly cable adjuster receives a new shape developed using race team input and larger detents in the adjustment increments to give a more positive feel during adjustment
Updated lever reach adjustment– The adjustment screw for the reach has been updated and provides easier adjustment when mounted on the bike
New lever shroud design– The new shape and material used for the lever shroud improves durability and ease of assembly. New shroud design allows for easy removal while still mounted on the bike

Domestic Shipping: We ship via Fed Ex, USPS Priority/ First Class Mail or UPS (chosen by us). Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will ship via USPS and incur an extra charge. From the day we ship, please allow 2-7 business days for delivery of items in the continental United States.

International Shipping: From the day we ship, please allow up to 20 business days for delivery. We are not responsible for carrier or customs delays. All customs and duties are the responsibility of the buyer. Packages will be marked as merchandise, not as a gift.

Oil and Chemicals: All oil and chemicals will be shipped Fed Ex only. No exceptions!

Damaged Orders: In the event of an order that arrives damaged, please notify us by telephone or via email. Keep all packaging materials and the original shipping box. We will then instruct you of the further steps that need to be taken.

Returns:

You must notify us in advance of all returns for authorization. Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of original shipment date, and must be in original shipped condition, including all packaging. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer except in the case where we have shipped you the wrong item. All returns may be subject to a restocking fee.
