THESE ARE SINGLE BUTTON GARAGE DOOR / GATE OPENERS.  THEY HAVE SIGNS OF USE AND MAY HAVE SMALL MARKS OR SCRATCHES ON THE PLASTIC COVERS. THE BATTERY WILL LIGHT THE LED ON THE REMOTES WE SELL, BUT WE DO NOT GUARANTEE BATTERY CONDITION JUST THAT IT LIGHTS THE LED LIGHT. SOME MAY HAVE AN FCC ID STICKER THAT IS UNREADABLE ON THE BACK BUT THERE IS A GOOD READABLE STICKER ON THE INSIDE OF BACK COVER.  PLEASE NOTE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR REPROGRAMMING REMOTE TO THEIR RECEIVER, AND THEY MUST VERIFY THAT THIS REMOTE IS COMPATIBLE WITH THEIR RECEIVER BEFORE BIDDING.  

Shipping Cost:   $2.00 FOR FIRST REMOTE AND $1.00 FOR EACH ADDITIONAL REMOTE THEREAFTER UP TO 20 REMOTES. FOR QUANTITIES LARGER THAN 20 REMOTES PLEASE CONTACT ME THROUGH EBAY "CONTACT SELLER" FOR A SPECIAL DISCOUNTED RATE AND A LISTING WILL BE CREATED FOR YOUR ORDER.

Shipping Details:

Ship to United States lower 48 and Canada only. We ship flat rate via USPS – FIRST CLASS MAIL. You should expect your merchandise 1-4 days after payment is received and cleared. All items will be packed very carefully to protect your item from damage during shipping. If you need/want your item sooner, we can offer expedited shipping methods. Please ask before making a purchase. Expedited shipping will increase your shipping fee.

I WILL REPLACE ANY REMOTE THAT IS NOT FUNCTIONING OR IS DOA, BUT NOT FOR INCOMPATIBILITY REASONS. ALL REMOTES ARE SPECIALLY MARKED SO THAT WE KNOW WHAT WE SELL. 

We will gladly refund your payment in full, less the shipping charge for all items returned within 14 days. Buyer pays return shipping. Item must be in the same condition as when shipped unless damaged in transit. Please email us immediately if you plan on returning any merchandise.
