RETURNS & REFUNDS
If buyer is not satisfied with the quality of this item or chooses to return the item for any reason the light must be returned within 14 days of the order.Seller does not offer refunds for original shipping or return shipping. Buyer must notify seller through eBay prior to returning any item in an effort of alert customer service to be looking for the delivery.
A handling /restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price will be charged for return items.
DAMAGED ITEMS
Every effort is made to insure that our products arrive safely. In the event
that an item is damaged during delivery, Buyer is required to notify Seller
within 2 working days of delivery. Seller shall be given the opportunity to
send a complete replacement or send any portion of the item which is broken for
the buyer to repair. Seller may request
pictures of the damaged area as a means understanding the damage.
If Seller sends a new item to replace a broken item, Buyer agrees to repackage the item in its original packaging and return to seller. Seller may require that the damaged item or parts of an item are received prior to sending replacements.
RETURN SHIPPING
Please include a copy of the eBay/PayPal transaction in the return box. Always send returns from the same address and
contact that was used when you received the package. We require that buyer sends return packages
with a required signature to verify receipt by seller.
In most cases Seller can issue a refund the same day that a returned item is received however buyer is required to allow up to 3 working days for seller to verify returned contents before issuing a refund.

CORRESPONDENCE
We always try to respond to buyer correspondence same day but we request that buyer allows up to 48 hours for seller response to inquiries concerning a transaction.
