JOB PERFOMED TO THIS ENGINE:

Block was sent to www.mjperformance.net a machine shop specialized in marine engines.  They did measure cylinders and:

Hone cylinder 1-2-3 leaving them STD.  Bore cylinder #4 at 0.20

Then, we took apart 100% the powerhead and reassemble it using NEW items such as:  1 piston, gasket kit, piston bearing, rod bearing, rod bolts, 3 Yamaha rings. 

 

What is included in the powerhead:  Cylinder block, pistons, rods, cylinder head, lower end caps, seal kit.   It does NOT include carbs and electronics.

 

SHIPPING NOTE: Shipping is flat rate $400 for Canada.  If our shipping cost ended up at least $30.00 cheaper than what we quoted we are refunding you the difference.

 

WARRANTY:  Includes 12 months warranty.

Haul-Out, launching, towing ,or storage charges, loss of time or income, or other incidental or consequential damages, or (8) electrical Components
including stator, power packs, switch boxes, solenoids, trim relays, altenators, voltage regulators, starters or trim motors.

Any controversy to be settled by Arbitration only, in Broward county.
