Gibbs launches new high-speed amphibian vehicles

Michigan-based Gibbs Technologies has released two new high-speed, commercial-grade amphibian vehicles, named the Phibian and the Humdinga. The Phibian is a 30-foot-long, nearly 12-foot-tall craft capable of highway speeds on land and more than 30 mph (26 knots) in the water. Constructed mainly of carbon fiber, the Phibian can hold up to 15 people, including a crew of three.

Peugeot are increasing production of the new 308 to meet demand The new Peugeot 308 arrived in the UK in January – although it’s been on sale in Europe since last year – and it’s a decent effort from Peugeot. Nissan LEAF EV does 367mpg!

Nissan are claiming their LEAF will do 367mpg, in response to the claim that the Chevy Volt will do 230mpg! As we said, it’s all pretty meaningless. Like comparing apples and oranges.
