This a completely rebuilt short block with the addition the head. Below is a list of what has been done.
New pistons, rings, sleeves, all new bearings, polished crank and cam, rebuilt head with new valves, springs, seats and seals. The head and connecting rods have been magnifluxed to check for cracks. The head and block have been cleaned and hot tanked. The head and block have very light surface rust from sitting in the back of my work shop wrapped in plastic for two years. This Auction includes- -Valve cover -Factory Oil pump with shims and pickup(not installed) -Remainder of a complete engine gasket set -Rocker Pedestals, Oil fed bolts, Springs, New Rockers shafts, and Pushrods. Renault Megane gets a bit of a facelift for 2014
Fri, 06 Sep 2013The Renault Megane range (pictured) gets a bit of a facelift for 2014 The Renault Megane has been given a facelift for 2014, but it’s not exactly a major overhaul. All the Megane models – Hatchback, Coupe and Sports Tourer – now gets the new family front bumper with its extended air vent, much like the bumper on the new Renault Clio. The bonnet also gets a tweak with a new Renault badge, there’s a new set of elliptical headlights and some new daytime running lights. There are specific changes for the GT and RS models too, with ‘GT’ or ‘RS’ added to the new Renault logo on the bonnet.

The new sub-XF fastback, scooped by CAR in a world exclusive earlier in 2014, will be available from early 2015, with four-cylinder engines first. Eventually, you’ll be able to choose from, rear- and four-wheel drive versions, including a 550bhp flagship hot rod.
