The Veritas RS II is powered by BMW’s V10 from the M5, but with no ABS and no traction control, it’s going to be a hairy-chested drive. And you’ll probably need a set of goggles to stop every flying creature from being embedded in your eyeballs as the Veritas doesn’t even have a windscreen. The Veritas isn’t high on creature comforts either, and comes in a 1+1 configuration, with a cover over the passenger side that can be removed to take a brave passenger.

Probably not the 2013 Range Rover
The 2013 Range Rover – which we’d expected at Geneva 2012 – will cost from £100,000 with first UK deliveries in October. We’re still a bit surprised that the new Range Rover didn’t debut at the Geneva Motor Show this week. After all, it’s ready to show and Land Rover are already taking orders.

Nissan has launched their new Global Compact Car - The Nissan Micra 2010 - at Geneva
Nissan’s Global Compact Car first saw the light of day last year in design sketches released by Nissan. And the Nissan GCC signals what the project name suggests – a small car Nissan will market throughout the world. Which infortunately means that the UK – which produced Nissan’s last small car, the previous generation Nissan Micra – isn’t viable as a global producer.
