Audi RS6 Avant is the Audi R18 e-tron quattro for the road (video)
Mon, 12 Aug 2013Audi compare the Audi R18 e-tron quattro (pictured) to the RS6 Avant We’re not entirely sure how Audi has come to the conclusion that the RS6 Avant is comparable to the Audi R18 e-tron quattro, but they have. In a new video to promote the RS6 Avant – perhaps the pick of the crop of current uber-estates – Audi has the e-tron quattro out on the road in a series of familiar everyday pursuits. A CAR reader’s festival ride in the Jaguar XKR 75

Archie and his wife Judy spent Friday at the Festival of Speed with Jaguar hospitality thrown in. But the highlight of the day was a ride in the new Jaguar XKR 75, sitting alongside Jaguar’s chief chassis guru and driving legend Mike Cross, as he slithered and rocketed up Lord March’s front drive.
Illegal school parking 'should be fined'
Wed, 12 Feb 2014DRIVERS who park illegally when dropping off or collecting their children from school should be fined. A large number of drivers (86%) say they agree with trials by councils to catch school run drivers who park on zig-zag lines at pedestrian crossings, even if they stop for only a few seconds. Several local councils, including Enfield in north London and York boroughs, are now using CCTV cameras to capture illegal parking.
