- Domestic Lost Package:
Occasionally your packages could be screwed up by a carrier, like the package tracking shos the package is in one location and lost the tracking for a while. Most of these cases the carrier will deliver the package later on, but unfortunately the delay will occur. In this situation we will send you second package under two circumstances:
1) It has been 20 days after carrier acceptance of your package. We will send you second package without any cost from you. But you need to reject one of these two packages. If not we will report you to eBay and block your ID from our store.
2) It has been less than 20 days after carrier's acceptance of your package, but you cannot wait more and need the item at once. We will send second package with your payment first, and we will fully refund your second time payment when we receive one of the two packages rejected by you or if the lost package shows undelivery tracking for 30 days.

UPDATE: Hyundai Motor America contacted Autoweek on Wednesday with a statement in regard to the case:
Hyundai Motor America believes this case has no merit, as our advertising is accurate and in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations. In fact, we've reviewed our ads and think Consumer Watchdog and their client are dead wrong. A group called Consumer Watchdog announced that it is suing Hyundai on behalf of drivers who purchased 2011 and 2012 Elantras based on claims that Hyundai made in its advertising for the Elantra.

The new Range Rover Hybrid (and the Range Rover Sport Hybrid too) are heading for a reveal at the Frankfurt Motor Show in a week or so, but they’re not quite ready for showrooms yet. Land Rover are still busy doing the final shakedown of the hybrid powerplant and have decided the best way is a high profile jaunt from Land Rover in Solihull to Mumbai in India following the ancient Silk Trail route to test the robustness of their new hybrid. So they garnered a trio of Range Rover hybrids – and support vehicles – enlisted a team consisting of Land Rover development engineers and motoring media from 10 countries, and set off from Solihull on 22nd August on the almost 10,000 mile expedition.
