Fast & Furious fan charged after setting his car on fire in Paul Walker tribute

Tributes to Paul Walker, the 40-year-old star of the Fast & Furious movie franchise who was killed in a car crash on 30 November, have reached the Beach Boulevard Retail Park in Aberdeen.
