Chevy 283 Cooling Fan, Spacer, Reinforcement And Original Bolts on 2040-parts.com
Las Cruces, New Mexico, US
I bought this fan for a 1960 Corvette restoration project but I had to sell the car before the engine was completed. I believe it is also good for years 1955-1960, but please do your own homework. The fan is a new repro painted in primer. The spacer, original bolts and reinforcement plate are all used.
I only sell to valid US addresses. I accept returns when the buyer finds that I have misrepresented the part in any significant way.
I have several other parts for building a correct 283/270hp Corvette engine (pretty much the entire engine). Some are currently listed on eBay, the others may be listed soon. I would be glad to email the entire list to anyone interested.

GM and Chrysler in merger talks
Mon, 13 Oct 2008By Ben Oliver Motor Industry 13 October 2008 09:12 General Motors and Chrysler are in talks to merge and create the world’s biggest car company. Reports in the New York Times and Wall Street Journal say the talks have been underway since the start of October 2008, and sources close to the possible deal put its chances of success at ’50-50’. All three US car makers have seen their sales decimated in recent months and have been forced to deny that they might seek bankruptcy protection.
One Lap of the Web: The Internet celebrates the Mustang
Tue, 15 Apr 2014Fifty years ago, Muhammad Ali became the heavyweight champion of the world, "Jeopardy!" debuted, Lockheed went 2,000 mph with the YF-12 and a mop-topped band went on a television show to promote what would be shameless nostalgia for the next 50 years, even while it was happening. Oh, and Ford introduced the Mustang, an event that would be Lee Iacocca's Second Greatest Shining Moment, behind introducing Chrysler's TC by Maserati as the prettiest Italian to arrive stateside since his mother. The World's Fair was 50 years ago this week, and the Internet remembers what it was like when the Mustang came out.
