Vehicles such as its G37, the 2011 M sedan and the QX56 SUV turn heads and win praise in buff books. But while luxury competitors such as BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi and Lexus have soared in consumer popularity over the past decade, Infiniti has struggled to keep up.

The 2013 Porsche Cayman has arrived at the Los Angeles Auto Show with more power, less weight, better economy and is lower and longer than the old Cayman. The new Cayman gets a redesigned platform that manages to improve weight distribution and drops weight too. It also means that the Cayman changes shape too (well, as much as a Porsche ever does) and grows by 35mm in length and sits 10mm lower too for an even more Boxster-like look.

Today at the Detroit Auto Show, Chrysler has official taken the covers off the new Chrysler 200 sedan. It's a complete redesign, not a facelift -- and it's here not a moment too soon. The first generation of the Sebring-derived 200 may have had some impressive ad campaigns to stoke its sales, but at the end of the day the car was never really a hot seller.
