- Packing with secured , safe package

We always carefully checked and packed every item. So, you can be confident that you will receive it in good condition.

-International Airmail shipping time

We ship orders as quickly as humanly possible, normally after confirmed payment, but once we have passed your order to the post office, the delivery time is out of our control. International Airmail normally delivers within 2-3 weeks but can take longer from several reasons. According to our criteria, we consider a parcel overdue after 1 month, if your order has not arrived by this time frame, we will try to solve the problem with you, such as: a replacement or a refund.However, Shipping & Handling costs are non-refundable.

- Customs and import duties

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. You can check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up, please do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. However, I always declare as " GIFT" to help you about the import tax.
