commands. Uconnect Hands Free Phone Kit, High Speed, NTG4 Radios (RHB, RBZ, REQ, RES) with Uconnect
buttons on radio faceplate. Not for use with RER or RHR Navigation Radios. If installed with an
RES Radio, ensure that the radio has uConnect phone button on the radio faceplate, if not, handsfree
will not work. I hesitated putting this up for sale because of the software upgrade necessity. You will need to take this to your local FCA dealer to install the code so the car's computer recognizes that it now has bluetooth. They WILL charge you for this. They may refuse to do this. They sell this exact same kit (usually for more than $300) and may resent that you bought it from me and now expect them to make it work. I can relate. Toyota Prius Recall: 30,790 cars in the UK, 1.9 million worldwide recalled
Thu, 13 Feb 2014The 3rd generation Toyota Prius (pictured) is being recalled Toyota’s hasn’t had a lot of luck with recalls in the last few years, although the latest recall for the Toyota Prius isn’t quite on the scale we’ve seen for previous recalls. It’s only eight months since the last Toyota Prius recall – which affected around 5,000 Prius models in the UK from 2009 – but this latest recall is a lot more extensive, affecting third generation Prius built from March 2009 to February 2014 and totalling 30,790 cars in the UK and 1.9 million worldwide. The issue is a problem with the hybrid system’s boost converter software, which is used when the car is under heavy load such as accelerating hard from a standstill.

Mercedes Vision S500 Plug In Hybrid (2009)

Based on the current-gen but pre-facelift S-class the S500 Plug-in Hybrid achieves over 88mpg but only emits 74g/km, and the company claims the car demonstrates 'the future of Mercedes' modular set of hybrid systems.' All next-gen S-classes are expected to get stop/start technology as standard, while full hybrid and plug-in hybrids will also be offered. Merc is claiming that its S500 Plug-in Hybrid is the world’s first 'three-litre' limo, offering 88.3mpg (or 3.2l/100km), figures that shame the Lexus LS600h (30.4mpg), BMW’s 7 ActiveHybrid (29.1) and even the company’s own S400 Hybrid (35.8).
